Magic Box Launch Superzings Series 2
They have arrived! The collectible we (and you) have been waiting for – Superzings Series 2.
Magic Box Toys introduced the new collectible toy Superzings:Rivals of Kaboom at the beginning of 2018 and they were an instant hit with our subscribers. Superzings feature a hero and villain format, with 80 characters to collect, each with their own rival. There is also an ultra rare character to collect – this series called Professor K.
Series 2 follows the same format, this time adding in 24 crystal finish characters and some exclusive characters and playsets.
We were lucky to be sent some samples from Magic Box Toys but even before we received them in the post we heard rumours of Entertainer stores putting out stock ahead of the 29th August launch date.
Blister Packs
We managed to pick up some of the new blister packs. These packs include nine Superzings Series 2 characters and also one super rare gold finish Superzing. The new characters are similar to the series 1 characters in that they are based around everyday objects.
We enjoyed learning all of the new characters and were lucky enough that we found both of the new gold characters – Pumpking and Candy Strike.
Playsets
Superzings Series 2 also includes a range of playsets including the Police Station, the Secret Lab attack and the Kaboom Race. Each playset includes their own exclusive characters.
Collectors Tin
A new addition for series 2 is the collectors tin which has another five exclusive characters making up the Cyber Squad. These characters have a metallic finish and are themed around cyber technology. The collectors tin can hold up to 50 characters.

Hideouts & SuperJets
The hideouts continue this series but with a new cylindrical design, and the vehicles have had a bit of an upgrade to now be SuperJets!
Superzings toys can be bought from most toy retailers including The Entertainer and Smyths as well as some supermarkets.
